1. Cancellation Policy
The scheduling and timing of all detailing services are the responsibility of the owner. The owner must provide Ryno Restores, LLC with the wash/detail schedule in writing via email at least seven days prior to the service. Ryno Restores, LLC is not responsible for obtaining this information through other means. Any changes to the scheduled day or time must be communicated with at least 48 hours' notice. If our team arrives at the agreed-upon time and are turned away or unable to gain access for any reason, the owner is still liable for the agreed detailing fee. Ryno Restores, LLC's agreement with their team members ensures full payment is required even if access is not granted. Future scheduled detailing appointments will remain unchanged unless a written notice of changes is provided to Ryno Restores, LLC in the allotted time frame.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled date are subject to a late cancellation fee. If Ryno Restores, LLC is not notified and does not approve the late cancellation, the client remains responsible for the fee and must arrange a new appointment.
2. Weather
In the event of severe weather, our team may deem it unsafe to travel or transport equipment to your boat, resulting in the cancellation of your detailing service for that day. Ryno Restores, LLC will not be held liable under such circumstances. If this occurs, we will notify you and reschedule the service in writing via email or phone call.
3. Work Schedule
For hourly jobs, Ryno Restores, LLC charges from the time our team arrives at your location, including the unloading of supplies and equipment, until the completion of the detailing service, including the reloading of supplies back into our vehicle.
For larger jobs, Ryno Restores, LLC reserves the right to an agreed upon time window that has been predetermined between the client and detailing team prior to appointment.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of the job. A 50% deposit is required for all jobs exceeding $1,000. A fee of $30.00 will be charged for each NSF check returned by the bank. If legal or collection action is necessary, the client agrees to cover all associated costs, including reasonable attorney fees, interest on overdue amounts, court costs, and collection expenses. Additionally, Ryno Restores, LLC reserves the right to place a lien or judgment for overdue payments, and the client agrees to pay all legal fees and time spent for resolution. Please do not leave payments without prior verbal agreement. Payments be made directly to Ryno Restores, LLC via check or credit card.
Ryno Restores, LLC reserves the right to request a booking deposit, which will be credited towards final bill. Booking deposit will be determined based on size of job.
Overdue payments will be subject to a $25 late fee after 30 days; statements will accrue an additional $25 for each 30 days not paid.
While gratuity is not expected or required, it is greatly appreciated. Gratuities are equally distributed among team members and are preferred to be in cash.
5. Equipment and Supplies
We supply all necessary detailing equipment and products. If you prefer to provide specific products for our team to use, you assume responsibility for the results. Additionally, customers are required to provide power, running water, and a hose connection as needed.
6. Special Requests
Please contact us at least two days prior to your scheduled appointment if you have any special requests, so our team can allocate the necessary time to address them. While we can provide a preliminary estimate over the phone, we reserve the right to adjust the quote upon arrival. Any modifications or additions to our standard detailing checklist will incur additional charges. Last-minute or emergency visits will also be subject to extra fees. All additional charges must be approved with Ryno Restores, LLC before any extra work commences.
7. Accidents or Damage
Our staff may come into contact with various parts of your plane, boat, auto, or RV during detailing. If any damage occurs, we will inform you immediately and follow up with a call or email. Ryno Restores, LLC is not liable for pre-existing conditions, including old, rusty, or damaged components, or for normal wear and tear. We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or deterioration.
We are not responsible for damage to articles or components inside storage compartments or other interior units. We do not cover damage from faulty or improper installations, rust, or corrosion. Our team cannot lift objects over 50 pounds or clean inaccessible areas. Appliances will not be removed due to potential floor damage, but we can clean behind them if moved by you.
*BOAT: We do not handle mooring, dock lines, or other securing of your boat.
*AIRPLANE: We do not handle wheel blocks, tie downs or other securing of your plane.
*RV: We do not handle wheel blocks, e-brakes or other securing of your RV.
*AUTO: Ryno Restores, LLC team member will ensure your auto is in PARK MODE through entire detailing appointment. If another way to secure is also needed, CLIENT will need to inform Ryno Restores, LLC ahead of their appointment time.
8. Hours of Operation
You are welcome to request a reservation through our website at any time. A team member will reply within 24 hours. Please be aware that Ryno Restores, LLC operates during standard business hours for all inquiries. In case of an emergency, feel free to reach out to our team for immediate assistance. For non-emergency matters, please note that Ryno Restores, LLC reserves the right to respond once business hours resume.
9. Preparing for Your Appointment
Before your appointment: Please clear all items from your boat/plane/RV/auto that may hinder our detailing process. Storage areas with excessive paperwork will not be detailed. Ensure that items are picked up and organized to facilitate efficient service. Secure cash, jewelry and other valuables. For any specific areas you wish to exclude from detailing, please leave a note for our team and secure those areas. To ensure safety and efficiency, please allow our team to work on your ride unhindered without your person onsite.
Security systems: If your ride has a security system, ensure it is turned off or provide us with the necessary codes and input sequence before the scheduled detailing. Notify us if there are any changes to these codes.
Keys: Ensure your boat/plane/RV/auto is accessible to our team for your detailing service. Since schedules may vary, we may require a key to your boat.
10. Client Profile
Ryno Restores, LLC reserves the right to retain all relevant client information on file unless otherwise directed by the client.
